I want to give every guest the time and attention that they deserve for their service. I understand that sometimes circumstances arise and you need to make adjustments to your plans. If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations without 24 hour notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled services. No-shows or same day cancellations will result in a 100% charge of scheduled services.
